Steven J. Hilton leads what Builder Magazine ranked as the 12th largest single-family homebuilder in terms of homes delivered in 2006. In the five years ending in 2006, Meritage more than tripled in size, with total home closings of 10,487 and revenue of $3.5 billion.

Hilton’s experience includes:

• Leading a homebuilder that has garnered national recognition, being named to the Forbes Platinum 400 list of “America’s Best Big Companies” for the fourth consecutive year in 2006
