Professor Andrea Schneider is the co-editor of the critically acclaimed negotiation book The Negotiator’s Fieldbook (2006) and a co-author of Dispute Resolution: Beyond the Adversarial Model (2004), Beyond Machiavelli: Tools for Coping with Conflict (1994), and Coping with International Conflict (1996).
Her experience includes:
- Helping run the nationally-ranked Alternative Dispute Resolution program at Marquette Law School
- Lecturer on negotiation at Stanford Law School
- Teaching Fellow for negotiation at Harvard Law School
- Author, Creating the Musée d’Orsay: The Politics of Culture in France (1998)
- Author of numerous articles on negotiation and international law, including articles in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, Conflict Resolution Quarterly, Michigan Journal of International Law, University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law and the Negotiation Journal
