How do I obtain training - onsite and online - and what does it cost?

ExpertNegotiator offers live onsite and online training in addition to the resources offered within the application. Our onsite training lasts a full day and costs $5,000 plus expenses. You can include an unlimited number of participants in our onsite training.

We also offer a free one-hour live online training to all users, including 30-day free trial users.

How do I get negotiation consulting services - and what is its cost?

We have a number of expert consultants who consult on different types of negotiations and on the use of ExpertNegotiator in different environments. They charge hourly rates ranging from $250/hour to $1,000/hour.

How does ExpertNegotiator work with my other software tools?

You can quickly and easily import files such as documents, images, and more, into ExpertNegotiator via the Documents tab.

And you can import your contact information (via a vcard or .vcf file) in the Counterparts tab.

How do I know my ExpertNegotiator information is safe?

Do you have a downloadable version to use when I travel with my laptop, or can I work on a form on my laptop while traveling and then synchronize it online?

This ability is not provided at the present time, but we will be developing this in the future.

Can you send me more information in the mail?

The most comprehensive set of information about ExpertNegotiator can only be found online at www.ExpertNegotiator.com. If you would like to tell us what interests you have we can email you a link to information that addresses your concern or interest. Much of that information can also be downloaded and printed at your convenience.

I would like to try ExpertNegotiator, but don't have the authority to make this decision on behalf of my company. What should I do?

We would be happy to set you up with a personal account that you can use while we explore what you might like to do from a corporate perspective. Who has the ability to make this decision in your company, and would it be ok for us to contact them directly.

I can't use any software without prior approval of our IT Department. What should I do?

Since ExpertNegotiator is online and web-based, it will not cause any compatibility issues with your current desktop software nor does it require anything to be downloaded and does not have any hardware requirements. Nor will it introduce any virus or any similar problem. As a result, your IT department may not even consider this "software" as it is not software in the traditional sense.

However, we would recommend that you contact your IT department to confirm that using our online service is consistent with your corporate policies.

Would I risk waiving the attorney-client privilege by using ExpertNegotiator?

While we obviously cannot give you a legal opinion on this question, our attorneys have informed us that lawyers will generally be protected in this regard as long as they and their clients have a reasonable expectation of privacy for the information at issue and that they take reasonable steps in the circumstances to protect their clients' information against unauthorized use or disclosure.

And we have very stringent security measures in place to ensure that only authorized users have access to their accounts.

We are informed that this attorney-client issue is similar in many ways to the issue surrounding whether you can send an email to your client, which travels over the internet. Here, as there, we believe you have a reasonable expectation of privacy and are taking reasonable measures to protect against its unauthorized disclosure.

Who are your competitors and how do you differ?
